Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only when all conditions are met:


✓ Unused/unworn in original condition with tags and packaging
✓ Notification within 48 hours of delivery receipt
✓ Received by us within 30 days of delivery date
✓ Original proof of purchase included

Note: Final sale items (e.g., personalized/customized products) are non-returnable.

2. Shipping Responsibilities

✓ Customer-initiated (change of mind, sizing errors) Customer pays return shipping.

✓ AURA DEER error (wrong/damaged item)Free prepaid return label provided.

✓ We recommend insured/tracked shipping (e.g., FedEx, DHL). Lost returns are ineligible for refunds.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel before shipment at no cost if requested within 24 hours for standard orders. Submit requests via [customercare@auradeer.com] or your account dashboard.

4. Refund Process

Contact us first for return authorization (include order # and photos if claiming damage/error).

Approved returns will receive:
✓ Refunds via original payment within 14 business days of receipt.
✓ Exchanges processed within 5 business days (subject to stock).
