Yes. We offer free worldwide standard shipping.
For especially remote areas, including islands or hard-to-reach locations, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery availability.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, most destinations are delivered within 5–10 business days.
Australia, New Zealand, South America, remote areas, islands, and certain international destinations may take around 15 business days or longer.
Shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, local carrier handling, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
What shipping method do you offer?
We currently offer free worldwide standard shipping only.
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to activate after dispatch. In some destinations, tracking updates may appear less frequently while the parcel is in transit or during customs processing.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch. This is especially common while a parcel is moving between countries, clearing customs, or waiting to be scanned by the local delivery partner.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at customercare@auradeer.com, and we will help check the shipment status.
Are duties, taxes, and border charges included?
For eligible destinations, import duties and taxes are prepaid where applicable.
For other destinations, additional charges may apply according to local customs regulations. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or if something appears to be missing from your order, please contact us before sending anything back.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue where applicable. We will review the case and do our best to resolve it.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address, delivery details, or items in the order.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each AURA DEER piece is handmade or hand-finished, and many of our materials are natural.
Slight variations in color, tone, pattern, carving, texture, patina, and surface detail are part of the character of the piece. These natural and handmade variations make each piece slightly unique.
Are your malas handmade?
Yes. Our malas are handmade by artisans.
Small variations in bead tone, texture, spacing, and finish are natural and reflect the handmade nature of each piece.
Is gift packaging included?
Yes. Each order is carefully presented in our signature packaging.
Packaging details may vary slightly depending on the item, order size, and shipping destination.
What mala size is right for me?
Our bracelet malas are made with stretch elastic and are designed to fit most wrist sizes.
