Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges when all of the following conditions are met:
• Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging
• Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided

Personalized and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping
• For change-of-mind returns or sizing issues, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• If the item is damaged, incorrect, or due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returns lost in transit may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation
Standard orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds & Exchanges
Please contact us first for return authorization and include your order number. Photos are required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once approved
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received
• Exchanges are processed within 5 business days, subject to stock availability
