Returns — Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges if all conditions below are met:
• Unused/unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging
• Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase included
Final sale items (including personalized/customized pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
• Change of mind / sizing issues: return shipping is paid by the customer
• Our mistake (wrong or damaged item): we will provide a prepaid return label
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping (e.g., FedEx, DHL). Returns that cannot be tracked or are lost in transit may not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellation
Standard orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours, as long as the order has not shipped. To cancel, email customercare@auradeer.com.
Refunds and Exchanges
